    1:1 Holistic Health Coaching

    Work 1:1 with me to enhance vibrancy and vitality across mind, body and spirit. Together, we will examine what patterns are holding you back from fulfillment and joy. We may align your emotional state, lifestyle, and diet with the rhythms of nature- guided by Ayurveda, an over 5,000 year old science. Learn about your unique “dosha,” or constitution, and how to intentionally and mindfully cultivate nourishing self-care practices that address physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalance- sustainably addressing the root cause rather than just surface symptoms. My approach emphasizes the body’s innate healing capacity, strengthening intuition, healing ancestral patterns, looking at the how not just the what, and creating simple habit shifts for profound change. Grounding nervous system practices, meditation & breathwork will be woven in with dietary, self-care rituals, and herbal remedies for deep, holistic renewal.

    Holistic Wellness Workshops

    My holistic health approach combines expressive arts, Hakomi, CBT, ACT and Ayurvedic medicine to soothe the nervous system, release limiting beliefs in the mind, and incorporate more creativity and relaxation each day. Workshops offer distinct and unique experiences oriented around supporting wellness, promoting calm and presence in body & mind, coping with stress and preventing burn-out, enhancing self compassion and confidence, and living a fulfilled & authentic life. The playful power of the expressive arts may promote exploration and uncovering of new insights.  These workshops also foster collaborative journeys with other women healers and friends, as communal wellness experiences may offer connection, support, healing, and new shared discoveries.

I decided to work with Leandra as I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and was looking for an alternative way to approach this diagnosis. I have a busy life and there is always something that "keeps me from" focusing on myself in a meaningful way. On top of PCOS, I was feeling pressure at work and my own internal pressure around planning for the future. I had been seeing a CBT therapist for a few months and found the sessions mostly helpful, but also like I was feeling at a bit of a loss in terms of next steps and how to incorporate her suggestions regularly into my routine. Leandra’s enthusiasm and knowledge of Ayurveda made me feel comfortable and open to working with her, as well as sharing the experience and making me feel comfortable enough to talk about what I am going through.
